Some text to go here…
National Director & North Carolina State Director
Mike is the husband of Denise and the father of Hunter and Aspen. Originally from Plymouth, N.C. and educated at North Carolina State University in 1980. Moved to the Outer Banks in 1989. He owns and operates Coastal Wildlife Consultants. He has been blessed to have been raised in the swamps of the Roanoke River and his feet have never had the opportunity to dry out.
Illinois State Director
ERIC "BEAR" ST. PIERRE
Eric discovered Cross Trail Outfitters in October of 2009 and fell in love with the three cornerstones: Building Men, Preserving our Heritage, and Sharing our Faith. CTO allows Eric to mentor boys as he himself was mentored as a developing youth. “If it weren’t for the men in my life who decided to take an interest in me when I was young, I don’t know where I would be today. In the town where I grew up there were many opportunities to stray down the wrong path. I am just thankful that the Lord was able to put me in a place where I could see I had a choice to do something different than all my friends, and I hope I can provide that same opportunity to boys today.”
Chapter Development Director
Chip is a native of Shelby North Carolina. An avid outdoorsman Chip enjoys all types of hunting and fishing. In addition to operating the Foothills Chapter, Chip is the National Development Director for Cross Trail Outfitters. Chip is married to Amber, and they have two sons Tripp and John Matt.
Missouri State Director
Kirk Bouse owned a successful Exercise and Sports Training Facility for 15 years and then was called to CTO in May of 2009 where he led the Springfield CTO chapter as an outfitter. Since then the Lord has called him to the CTO Missouri State Director position since January of 2013. Kirk has been married to his wife Jennifer for more than 25 years and has two teenage daughters Makenzie and Madison.
South Carolina State Director
Steve lives in Patrick, SC with his wife Alesia and daughter Emily. After a 36 year career with UPS he was able to retire and move back to South Carolina where both he and his wife grew up. He got involved with Cross Trail Outfitters in October of 2014.
Texas State Director
Kevin was introduced to Cross Trail Outfitters in October 2005. As a single father at that time, he wanted to make a positive impact in his son’s life and CTO provided a great opportunity for both to be involved. He began volunteering as a leader in the local San Antonio chapter, re-establishing his walk with Christ and witnessing his son’s spiritual growth. Being raised in a Christian family with a hunting and fishing heritage, he knew this ministry offered a great way to reach young men and wanted to play a role.
In September 2009, he became an outfitter with Cross Trail Outfitters, and in 2011 he was promoted to Texas state director. Over the years, he’s been blessed to watch many young boys grow into young men by simply teaching them life skills in the outdoors and discipling them in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Kevin married Kim in 2008, blending their households of three sons: Josh, Brendan and Kevin Jr.
